Whenever one starts a journey, no matter the subject, you start with the foundations. The foundation requires a lot of learning, absorbing, organizing and initiating efficient practice skills. When starting something new it is necessary to see modeling of the skill. Within modeling there can come judgement of self. A baby does not judge itself when learning how to talk or walk. They keep practicing, while adapting and learning with only mistakes as a judge. Mistakes allow thinking to happen! You’ll get better when a physical obstacle stops you rather than an imagined mental obstacle.
